Kundalini was calling my name too! For years, I've wanted to experience it, and back in May, synchronicity was at play and I finally tried it. Amazing to finally breathe from my core. I was buzzed for days. Unfortunately I now live in a town where there are no Kundalini teachers so I bought a book and I'm guiding myself.
