In a career course I took, we went around the circle a few time with the following questions. At first the responses were "easy" (I'd buy myself a bouquet of flowers on the way home tonight) and then they got harder to implement, but became very revealing (I would know that I'm enough). We used 10% because it felt "doable." The sentences we completed were:
-If I thought I was 10% more significant, I would ... -If I thought I was 10% more likable, I would ... -If I thought I was 10% more competent, I would ...
Then you start implementing some of these things and then you keep going and going ... not exactly a question as you had requested, but something to play with.
