I like to drink it with more water. It is most affective when made one glass at a time but you can make it by the half gallon - ( 1 cup each of the fresh squeezed lemons or limes and the syrup, except the cayenne, that will always need to be put in and stirred with the straw. Then sip the lemonade slowly. Do not make any changes, drink only the lemonade and water. Do not take any supplements of any kind. Each night, drink a cup of herbal laxative tea. I like smooth move by Traditional Medicines. If you have any more questions I am at yahoo.

Re: What will you say no to this week?

this is good! Another of my very favorite teachers, Byron Katie always says a No to someone else is a Yes to me. So there you have it, a No is often really a yes in disguise.

Re: What will you say no to this week?

"State it. Don't defend it".

This week I will say "no" to myself, everytime I feel compelled to offer some explaination as to why I am unable to do anything that someone asks of me. I readily accept a simple "Sorry, I can't make it, but thanks" from other people.

I must build some muscle memory into both my brain and mouth to think and respond the same way.

Re: What will you say no to this week?

I am committed to saying no to the extra jobs that are bound to show up on my desk because someone else is taking extra time off or going to be away or just isn't working on the job right now - enough of covering for my staff. He says that he is embarrassed because he is overweight. I understand the way he feels, but I'm saying "no" to putting life on hold until we are or have "enough" of anything. No more waiting until we've lost "enough" weight, earned "enough" or anything else. I'm saying "no" to being a stick in the mud and failing to celebrate special holidays and occasions. I will plan a sweet and healthy picnic and fireworks watching for my husband and I this Independence Day.

Re: What will you say no to this week?

I agree.

Re: What will you say no to this week?

I am saying not to the same things Nicole is saying no to. I do not need to put on a happy face and pretend all is well when I miss him so much and always will. I say no to denial and phoniness on my part and I say yes to remembering all the love we shared.

Re: What will you say no to this week?

I am commited to saying no to anything in excess. They just creep up on me and ya know, there isn't a darn thing I can do about it. One of the things was from 2nd grade. 2nd grade, I mean really.

I get this little bit of guilt that rises up and I try to forgive myself and put it away, but it keeps coming back. This week I am going to say No to Guilt and instead of trying to get rid of it, I will get rid of it. I would like to systematically get rid of all the past guilty feelings and just accept it and move on.

Re: What will you say no to this week?

My sad-sack appearance. They need have no power right now. This week I am saying yes love - because love casts out fear. And I am remembering what an instructor said last week. The difference between experience and learning is that experience is always something in the past. Learning is present tense. No - definitely no - to the wait for another experience. Yes - absolutely yes - to the learning.
