we are planning our second trip to japan in may! since we have been there once and have the lay of the land, we'll be able to really be free in our explorations, without needing to have our noses stuck in maps the whole time. we are thinking about visiting koyasan (Mount Koya) this time, and spending a night with the monks. google it! it looks like a truly amazing experience.

Adventure I'm planning: getting married in 3+ weeks! We've been together almost 10yrs so this will truly be a new adventure together.

Adventure I crave: Scotland, b&b's, pubs, lochs, maybe a distillery or two...

Enjoy. I lived for 7 years in Spain. Madrid was home for me but my favorite places are in Andalucia. You will find the Spanish people to be very open and friendly.

My true adventure... to see my 20 y.o. son find his passion and dive head over heel in a quest to fill it. I just want him to find a purpose to life, a passion, instead of laying low and let life slide by... What an adventure it would be to see him excited, satisfied, happy and purposeful.

I have lots of dreams. I would love to visit Antartica. I would also love to go to the south of france. But an adventure that feels inspiring to me right now would be an adventure of the heart.

Like Danielle I intend on traveling to Morocco; but I'm also craving Paris, Italy, and Milan. I'm a romantic and I love all things beautiful and eccentric. Always have. Always will.

I've been to Senegal and it's a pretty amazing place with a rich history! Going to Africa proved to be one of the best things I've ever done with my life! It's not what you see on TV that's for sure!

I'm dreaming of India... I want to be thrown out of my comfort zone, traveling with few possessions, surrounded by spice and colour and history and flavour. I want a passionate, spiritual, vivid experience.

I crave a long trip outside of Florida. Yes, everyone comes here to lie on the beach beneath the palms trees, but after a while I just want to feel a cool breeze, have tall buildings surround me and see things that are old & unique.

I am living my adventure this year. I took a contract to work in Europe (originally from Calgary) for the next year and am based in The Hague. Finding that although English is widely spoken, without Dutch I'm not included in most everyday things. So I am trying to learn the language, the culture, the new job, how the systems work to go to the other European cities I must visit for work, find a place to live and a community to be involved in and most importantly all while trying to meet new people and make new friends.

I am finding it is one thing to vacation in a city or area for a few weeks and another to try and set up a life.

But so long as we keep getting a few sunny days, I am sure it will be one of the key adventures of my life.

I am planning for my trip to Italy which starts exactly one week from today. We will be meeting up with our friends from Australia in Rome and will then make our way to a 300 year old refurbished farmhouse in the heart of Tuscany...this is what novels are made of! I am craving the feeling I get when I take a trip and it opens up my mind and starts the flow of ideas.

My dream is to enjoy a trip to the wine country in California...with a cutie pie who has not shown up in my life yet...I know I could go with girls, but the whole area is so romantic...I'm going to wait and go on that trip with someone I want to smooch!
