you must go to Kmart ... yes K mart and get the Image essentials Daily Renewal Cleanser with gentle micro beads, it's the K-mart brand that is compared to Olay, it unveils youthful, radiant skin... ok that is a bit much but it really works great I love it!!! and it's only like $5 or 6 bucks for a good sized bottle.

Oh, I hope it is alright for me to post another cheap beauty product I love. Wet n Wild lipstick is wonderful and is usually around 99 cents. The inexpensive price allows one to experiment with various shades. It really does last too! Right now I am wearing shade #505A. It is a lovely pink shade and something I would never have tried if it were expensive. :)

I have very sensitive skin. Pure Aloe Vera Gel is the best thing I can possibly put on my skin. It is both soothing and moisturizing and of course it is inexpensive too! Love it!

I randomly decided to try GoJo (or any other orange-pumice scrub), which my husband uses to clean his hands after working on the car. It's super cheap and VERY effective... not for use on face, but it will take off any and every dull skin cell, and leave your skin smelling citrus-y.

I've been thinking of trying to find a home made scrub and voila, here it is. Every year my kids and I make a homemade christmas gift for family and friends. This recipe may just be the ticket this year. I have some lavendar scrub in my shower these days but look forward to replenishing it when it's gone with some vanilla nutmeg homemade concoction. Here's to lovely scents and banishing dry skin!

Baking soda mixed with a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil, or even just baking soda by itself makes a nice exfoliant.

I live in the desert part of the year and we all know how drying that can be to your skin. I was using Cetaphil body lotion and loved it but still had dry skin. I started using the Cetaphil cream in a tub and LOVE this stuff. I thought it might be to heavy but it is not. I use it year round, even while I am in Seattle. I buy it at Costco.

I'm going to try Maybelline Full n Soft for sure! I think Lancome Definicils is the best and I haven't found anything that works better but it is expensive! As for eye make up remover. PURITY facial cleanser by Philosophy is the BEST EVER, very gentle and removes all your make up all at once, you don't have to 'pre treat' the eyes.

I go for massage. I find after a good massage my face looks softer.

Yes, I pay for it, but it doesn't have to be expensive if you have a honey who can provide the massage.

So in general, sharing loving touches and hugs every day keeps one beautiful.

Botox. It works out to less than $100 per month, and if you do that, you don't need to wear makeup. I wear mascara and lipstick maybe twice a month, and that's it. You never get the time back! Why not go sit in a doctor's chair for ten minutes a couple of times a year, rather than spend ten minutes a day in front of a mirror?

The other thing is, exercise. I take karate, which is also about $100 per month. However, everyone has their own form of exercise which works for them.

Finally, the quote from Audrey Hepburn is perfect. No one is more beautiful than someone who is kind.

First, start taking care of what you've got early in life. Doing so will keep one looking young and stronger longer. Second, I love Renee Rouleau's Facial Sponges and Toner Cloths. The sponges allow me to use very little water when washing my face and are washable/reusable. The cloths allow me to make toner last for forever when compared to cotton balls. Both a little investment, but I think they qualify as cheap solutions when you consider the saved water and longer life of product.

I won a bottle of Chanel's Gentle Biphase Eye Makeup remover as a giveaway and it is the best remover I've found for my very sensitive contact lens wearing eyes. I'm sure it's not inexpensive, but avoiding the major eye problems I used to have will be worth it wen I have to buy a bottle.

Honey pats! Smooth a bit of honey all over your face. Let it sit for a while and get really sticky. Then pat, pat, pat your face all over. It exfoliates and leaves your face super smooth.

Burt's Bees lip gloss is the greatest thing EVER! (I don't mean the balms, though those are nice. I mean the "Super Shiny Lip Gloss" in a squeezable tube.) All natural, very shiny, not too much color, smells great, tastes great! And it costs, maybe $4 or $6. I just read a piece online about all the lead in lipstick (especially red) and felt that much better having the gloss in my purse. (But, I'll tell ya, sometimes there's nothing more vamp than a vivid red mouth. And the Burt's doesn't do that.)

As well as sleep another essential for beautiful skin is to drink plenty of water seeing as our bodies consist of a large percentage of water. Many drink their teas, etc. and feel that they're feeding their bodies enough liquid but it is water that is the essential liquid to keep our skin fresh, clear and "plump".

I prefer to drink purified water so that I'm consuming water without the chemicals which seem to taste ... hmmm .. unclear?

I've managed to also eliminate most caffeine drinks which only dehydrate the body as well. I find that teas such as African Red Rooibos Tea are pleasant tasting and a nice change.

When I DO have coffee, I remember that for each cup of coffee, I should be drinking 2 cups of water.

Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate...the sugar/olive oil mix is great for once a week or so and very moisturizing, but on an everyday basis, I use those mesh bath puffy's or some other rough material when I lather up my cheap shampoo/body wash - keeps EVERYTHING smoooooth :) Good luck!
