DanielleLaPorte · 1 year agothis is beautiful. being a writer, I've noticed that my handwriting has suffered over the last uh, decade from using the computer to communicate so much. When I go to write a note/letter (rare) I actually have to concentrate on my writing more. But, one of my favourite aspects of creating is the beginning phase where I only write by hand. It's an essential part of the process for me. The flow and sensuality help limber up my mind. My hands are my creative partners. Today, in honor of my paws, I shall DOODLE!

L'Tanya · 1 year agoI often give myself exercises like the ones you've mentioned. They always leave me awestruck. I use my hands to make things -- knitting, sewing, crocheting, beading. I love to pay attention to the movements my hands make. It gives depth to what it means for me to create something by hand.
