I like it! I'll expect it. Does this mean I need to buy you a decorative bowl for your toenail clippings?

    Bald is beautiful, baby! So...aerodynamic.

You crack me up. I would die for all that hair. I have to wind the pony tail elastic three times around my limp locks! I know what you mean about the hair on the floor, mine blend in but they are still there...I find them stuck to my kids. Gotta love Swiffer dusters for speedy cleanups. Tell you hubbie, it's not at all like the toenail example - gross! If we are having company I tie back my hair for cooking but for everyday life my guys are used to finding a stray hair every once and a while.

    hilarious!

my advice: the next time you see a woman with a short snappy flattering style, tell her so and beg for the name of her hair dresser. it's AMAZING what a good stylist can do (and equally amazing the carnage a bad one is capable of... and by bad i mean untalented, indifferent, untrained.) some hairstylists even specialize in different styles, eg. my ex is a master of really flattering and fun short styles for women. ask around. having a good short hair cut will change your life. i had a series of them (at least i like to think so!) for 10 years and it just feels great. long hair is hot on your neck, gets full of tangles, takes a long time to dry, etc. of course it can also be beautiful and wonderful, but you sound ready for a change. the answer is a great stylist.
