I bought this book a few years ago and it gave me greater perspective on my sensitivity. Helped me to be more accepting of the fact that I am quite sensitive, which was buried beneath the exterior that served as a protective barrier to get me through the day. Our society often views sensitivity as weakness (and I did too) - now I'm more aware of the strengths that stem from it.
