    I think this guy used to be in Steveston..? I remember my dad found a place there just like this and was so happy about it...my dad, a 70 year old european who made sure bread was ALWAYS on the table at lunch and dinner - and somehow never had to watch his carbs, hmmm. Makes me so happy to see this guy doing his thing - glad you found him!

    I think there is also one in Steveston! Another renegade Eastern European man making his fabulous bread in a wood oven. Lucky us!

    I'm a passionate defender of carbs, and in fact I think the no carbs fad is complete nonsense. The reason Europeans have lower rates of obesity is simply because they eat less and walk more.

    Very refreshing. Bread has been a part of our meals right from our forefather's tables. And there's so much more to it than just plain food, just as what this video professed. Very nice!
