    I get a headache from popcorn-for-dinner, too. Maybe you can make a little platter of yummy treats that cover more than one food group - almonds, salted edemame, cheese and crackers, hummus & pita, hardboiled egg.... you get the idea.

    No advice, I'm afraid, but I just wanted to mention that my 4-year-old had popcorn on Thursday and then completely lost the plot... for about three hours. So we're going cold turkey on popcorn too.
