The more whole, the more nutrients and you can imagine how incredible that would be. They even have their own public garden and take the public on tours to teach them about seaweeds. Also, just type 'the seaweed lady' and articles upon articles will come up on this woman. She is the owner of Seaflora and only uses ingredients from North America with 97% of her ingredients from the island that the seaweeds are harvested.
