I just recently finished writing and publishing a career workbook; a business version is on its way!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;One resource that you didn't mention that I found to be incredibly valuable was to contact an actual published author.  I was surprised to realize the number of colleagues and friends that have books on the market so it was easy to make contact but they shared that they are always willing to talk to others.
