this yoga DVD is the best I've ever done. Kundalini yoga is humbling, empowering, pure prana love and I'm so grateful for it. Gurmuhk deserves all of her success - she is lovely and strong - the best kind of teacher.

HI, Kundalini Yoga sounds like fun and seems fulfilling! Its sounds a lot like the yoga I teach -Artistic Yoga, which is created by my Guru, Bharat Thakur. Do check out www.artisticyoga.com to see if you find the similarities in Yoga class flow, workout and meditation! Regards, Manish.

The issue of mantra is also incredibly important here, and in this form of yoga the aim is to raise the frequency of the energy that you garner, so that the self-healing process can be enhanced even further. In order to accomplish these tasks a mantra must be used, which is a sound or grouping of sound that has a pre-determined vibratory effect and which helps with the breathing and other relaxation techniques involved in the exercise.
