  • Yes! I dated a man more beautiful than me once and the next time I saw him he was with his new lover, "Mitch". I dated another man who was hugely feminized: painted his toenails, was a designer, had a high lilting voice, took forever to get dressed, had all sorts of body lotions, had pot pourri and candles in his apartment...but I'm sure he was straight, despite my misgvings. He was a straight man who was missing his mother who recently died and hated his dad - so I suspect he was embracing the parent he loved and rejecting the masculine because it was like Dad. • one of the best nuggets a friend ever gave me: "don't take shit from men in dresses." Nice one, Anonymous Dater Girl.
