You can also eat healthily if you are a "carnivore" [read: omnivore]. As with all life - and specifically with your health - it's in the choices you make.

This is a great post! I will link to it on my blog. I wanted to let all your readers know that I've added a regular Tuesday feature non-wimpy S/O/L/E Food Tuesday to my blog. This was to answer readers' quest for more sustainable, eco-friendly, healthy, meat-free options to add to their diet. I cover recipes, but also some of the thinking and the resources that support a more diversified menu. Hope you'll stop by!

my best friend has been a vegitarian (she was raised one), but she does eat seafood as many vegiatarians do, so dont fret, maybe your friend is going through a phase.....but even if she continues with this new diet you shouldn't judge her because she's still the same person.....still you're same friend

My boyfriend wants to become a vegetarian and I would like to do it with him, only I eat alot of meat. Are there any transition foods or recipes that would lessen my want for meat that are very tasty yet not bland like most veggies seem to be?
