The laundry detergent sounds fab! Lipglosses are really easy to make with beeswax too, and they have a great consistency/feel to them. http://www.allfreecrafts.com/bath-and-body/bees...
    Thanks for the tips!

Great tips. I've been making laundry detergent for years. I use grated Fels Naptha soap, borax and washing soda. I even did the math and it is considerably less expensive per load than with store-bought brand, cleans well and smells better. I get my soap from here: http://www.soapsgonebuy.com.

There are multiple bacteria hot-spots in our houses such as door handles, kitchen sinks and even our pillows. Detoxing your home in fact is a good concept to think about.

Nice post. Reducing Allergens in the home is important too. Just before spring, you need to ensure your house is as allergen-free as possible. Also if you have dogs - brush them regularly and put a tea spoon of olive oil in their water - it reduces hair loss

I could say that this is true... Let's take the Body for example, we can compare the body to the outside of our house, if the paint is chipped and things are scattered around it could mean we are lazy. Then we can also compare our mind to the inside of the house, like if things are scattered around everywhere, we are like in a bad mood.
