  • I'm a very big proponent of all things bee-related. I eat bee pollen on my cereal, put honey on everything possible, burn only beeswax candles (cleans the air) and next trip to the health food store, I'll be picking up some viles of Royal Jelly. I've been attracted to all the bee stuff for years - and wouldn't you know - what your body and spirit want is often what's best for your...body and spirit.
    Another great primer for talking to kids about the AMAZING world of bees is the Magic School Bus book about bee's lives.
  • Yes , I think honey is very important for our body and to heal :)
