This is one of the best crafty recycling ideas I've read in a long time. I've already sent out my Christmas cards but I'm going to send out another batch of New Year's cards using this idea.

Great ideas..I will add to this the "Merry March" card. A calligrapher friend of mine started me on this idea when we were so busy penning designs and commissioned work for everyone else at Christmas...I thought it was a brilliant idea for those of us that seem to be busier in our work than others leading up to Christmas.

I'm a New Year's card person, too. (Why am I still surprised at the similarities?)
I love your idea of recycling the cards though, perfect 'excuse' to decoupage.

Great idea! I have sent Christmas cards already but this year I also have a separate list of business clients to whom I will send New Years cards to. My question is, should New Year's cards arrive before New Year's day or after?
