Candy Lee · 1 year agoAnother interesting (and similar?) program I've tried out is Life Pilot, which helps you steer your life according to your values... I found it enormously helpful, but it does require a fair bit of discipline in order to keep up with the program. You've just reminded me that I should go back and look at my old life pilot workbook, thanks Keiko! Looking forward to hearing about how the workshop goes!

Adriana Lima · 7 months agoAh yes this is something that happened to a person I know, he became a positive thinker and never let his problems get the best of him. After he moved to a different house I didn't hear from him again.
