We use to have white bread always but since last few months we have started having brown bread as it is nutritious but I personally don't like brown bread.

I am very active in campaigning about the essence of going organic, toxic-free and yes this brown versus white bread topic. Brown bread usually is healthier than white. But for this chaotic economy wherein every businesses will do everything just to stay "alive" even "painting the white to make it brown - they will do it". The important lesson learned, is to stay alert and be active in dealing with health related issues.

I don't like white bread that much, brown bread is much better for my taste.. My mother always buy brown bread for our breakfast or snacks and always with a raspberry yogurt since I'm a child, that's why I prefer brown bread more than white bread..

I'm actually not a fan of white bread. I grew up on brown, or whole wheat bread, and white bread was a treat as a child. Now, I almost uniquely buy whole grain multi grain bread. It makes a wonderful grilled mozzarella and tomato sandwich!
